Powwow Mash-UP and It's Powwow Time! are two dance shows that can be presented either in a theater or on an outdoor stage. Each of these shows is configured for your specific time needs and stage requirements. These shows tour with 3-8 dancers and the cost reflects this. Planning this tour/presentation is an open conversation and we want to work with you to create a fabulous event that works for everyone. Evening shows may include LED hoops.

We often like to hire local dancers to participate in the performance and we will pay them directly.

We will need 3 rooms in Vancouver and 2 in the Calgary area dependant on who is touring.
We will need 4 rooms outside of Vancouver and Calgary area dependant on who is touring.
Per diem and mileage are covered by presenter unless otherwise discussed.

For indoor theater shows, we require a 4-hour tech set up time.
For outdoor shows, we can set up in 10-20 minutes. We prefer to work on raised stages, or cement outdoor stages with wooden or Marley floors. We also prefer to be covered/with shade. Cement and grass are not ideal.

Please contact us to chat about stage and covering for outside shows.

Tech requirements:
- 1 microphone & stand
- Sound system with aux. All show music runs on our laptop with 1/8" Aux output.

Secure change rooms on site and a private changing area close to the outdoor stage are required.

Weather considerations: Dancers have the right to not dance in conditions over 35 celsius and under -15 celsius in in rain on uncovered stages. Arrangements can be made between Wild Mint Arts and festival programmers.
